A: To protect your privacy and information to ensure security,staff will not give out your information or your phone number.More information regarding our privacy policies will be given upon arrival.

Q:What policies are in place in your residence?

A: We ensure all governing federal and provincial regulatory guidelines and practices are met.

Q:Is the building secure?

A:All doors are secured at night and there is staff on duty in the building 24 hours a day to enhance security and safety.

Q:How can I be accommadated with special dietry requirements?

A:Special dietry requirements are accommadated in consultation with the resident,their physician and the dietition.

Q:Do you accept residents who smoke?

A:In compliance with provincial legislation,our residence is completely non-smoking.Smoking is permitted outside the building 9 meters away from the entrances.

Q:What services are included in monthly rate?

A:All rate are inclusive of hydro,water,heat,taxes,24 hours staff,three meals and snack served daily,weekly housekeeping,linen services and social activities.
